GRADUATION
The College offers admission in B.A / B.Sc / B.Com Part-I for the session 2011-12.
Forms and prospectus will be available at the college counter from 01-06-2011.
Direct Admission:
B.A./B.Sc./ B.Com Part-I Hons from 20-06-2011 to 02-07-2011.
Those who have 50% and above in the concerned subjects are eligible for direct admission.
Students having less than 50% marks (but 45% and above) have to submit the application form latest by
02-07-2011.
Forms can also be downloaded from this web site. Printout can be taken on A4 size paper only.
Completely filledin application form alongwith attested copies of marksheet of the qualifying exam and other testimonials must be submitted on or before 02-07-2011
Selection list will be displayed on college notice board and in this website both on 06-07-2011 at 5.00pm.
Admission begins from 07-07-2011
Last date of Admission 20-07-2011
Inaugural Class 25-07-2011, B.A/B.Sc : 3.00pm & B.Com : 5.00pm
Candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC category are required to submit the photostat copy of their caste and income certificate also.
Those applying through the admission form downloaded from this web site are required to deposit a sum of Rs. 250.00 at the college fee counter as the cost of prospectus before submitting the admission form.

Boys : Black Pant & Sky Blue Shirt (With KCC Sticker pasted on the pocket), Black leather shoes
Girls : Black Shalwar, Sky Blue Kameez (With KCC Sticker pasted on the Sleeve), Black pump shoes or black sandals
In Winters the student should wear Navy blue blazers or sweater / cardigan only

A candidates seeking admission in B.A. (General) shall choose any three of the following optional subjects:
i.Urdu/Hindi/English/Bangla/Oriya (Any One)
ii.Economics
iii.History
iv.Psychology
v.Political Science
vi.Philosophy
vii.Geography
A candidates seeking admission in B.A. (Hons.) shall choose any one Honours subject and two subsidiary from the above.
Note : If a candidate selects any language and litrature subject as Honours he/She may be allowed to select not more than one other language and litrature subject as subsidiary.
A Candidate shall choose either (a) or (b) of the following for composition
a. MIL Hindi - (for Hindi student) one full paper of 100 Marks in Part-I and Part-II each.
b. MIL Non-Hindi (For Non-Hindi student) 50 Marks Hindi and one of the following langauge of 50 Marks each of the Part-I & Part-II : Urdu/Bangla/Oriya/English.
Preference will be given to such Candidate seeking admission in B.A. (Honours) who opts for any one Add-On Course also.
